used for a few years years until 2011, when we get an error notice on taxes for 2009. contacted Genne, no answer for 4 weeks!! email or phone. no apology, ended up with penalties costing us a lot of money when we paid for her services. very poor service, cannot recommend at all, better using HR block who would have refunded the amount in full and answered our calls!!! shame not to use local independent business,but level of service and quality of work so poor.
