(1) When I lost the half of my favorite everyday pair of earrings, she was willing and able to contact the artist who was able to duplicate the missing half at a reasonable cost--and shipped them to me at no additional cost. (2) When the closure of a pin made in The Netherlands needed adjustment, Sienna contacted the artist and replaced the closure at no cost. (3)When I returned a pair of clip on earrings because of discomfort, she provided a credit which she honored MANY years later. High points for ethical business practice and good management.
