Thank you very much for being so much more than just our general contractor. I cannot express my pleasure enough from start to finish and everything in-between. We chose to have our work done while we were in FL for the winter because we did not want to live through the noise, mess, and inconvenience of not having a kitchen or master bathroom; we had the wood floors refinished too and that is an entire mess in and of itself. Any second homeowner who thinks they have to be around to micromanage any type or scale of remodeling should speak to me; it is not at all necessary when you have a superior, trustworthy contractor like Steve. We had complete trust and confidence in you and your crew before we left for the winter. The communication between us was constant with emails, photos, and phone calls. Questions and concerns were answered immediately and anything that was important to us was just as important to you, no matter how small or large an issue. Everything came out beautifully and if something did not meet our expectations, it beat our expectations. Each crew focused on the details and it shows in the quality of the workmanship. We expected to come back to a very beautiful but dirty house, understandable with the amount of work we had done. That did not happen. Even the cleaning crew did an exceptional job and we did not have any dust from the floors being refinished on both floors. That is remarkable! We will recommend you to everyone who needs any work done and will use you for everything we need done in the future. So glad we found you! Thank you again for a very easy and rewarding experience.
Terrible customer service. Wasted a lot of my time. I had to leave my own business to meet with who I thought would be a professional contractor. Not a sales person. I'm sure they do nice work but so do others. I gave up with them and found a more professional contractor.
I called Morrison's to get an estimate on work I needed to have done on a house I bought on Lee. They said someone would call back but they never did. I called again and arranged to meet one of their sales people at the house. I drove 130 miles up from Rhode Island to meet them. They were an hour late turning up. We reviewed the work we needed done and they said they would send an estimate in a few days. Two weeks later having not heard anything I called again. I was told the salesman had left and another sales person would call me back the same morning. I never heard from them.

Fall of 2016, my wife and I had all the windows and doors in our house replaced with Morrison’s PQ10 window line. Immediately We noticed a difference in the comfort level of our home and noise level from the street. During the cold winter months, We kept the thermostat programmed to 63°, and It was very comfortable. Past winters we had our heat up to 68°. During this years hot summer months we keet our windows closed and when we would come home from work, it felt as though the air-conditioner had been running all day, but it hadn’t! These windows do exactly what you said they would! My wife and I could not be happier with the investment we made. Not only do they add value and curb appeal to our house, but they are energy-efficient, and easy to operate and clean. Before and Afters speak for themselves. Our Kitchen and Bathroom were small and beyond dated. Although unable to see from the before picture in the kitchen, Morrison's removed a wall dividing the kitchen and living room, installed a header, new sheetrock, lighting, new flooring and trim, cabinets, counter tops, and appliances.
The bathroom was more of a challenge as space was extremely limited. With the advice of Mr. Morrison, we added a dormer which made the space incredibly larger as we gained square footage as we were able to change the bathtub's location, where previously this space was not usable.
Not only did Morrison's complete a gorgeous renovation but all of the staff in the office and in the field were great to work with. In addition to the carpentry work completed the company also handled all plumbing, electrical, and any other proponent of the job necessary. Definitely worth the money!

I hired Morrison's to add an addition onto my home. When Steve did the initial walk thru he advised me to take down an existing wall and make it one large open space in conjunction with the addition. What a visionary and boy what a difference did it make. My home felt enormous, far from the cramped space I previously dealt with. Steve's crew were very clean, fast, and extremely friendly. Customer service is obviously a priority to the company. the work accomplished was more than what I hoped for and has now added value to my home. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.
