Most of the staff is very nice, especially Kristin. However, the crowd control rope and sign to "WAIT BEHIND THE ROPE UNTIL YOU ARE CALLED" is really off-putting, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. It sets up an adversarial relationship and makes "us" on the other side feel as if we are an unpleasant inconvenience that needs to be kept at bay. I'm sure there is a valid reason for it, but I have never seen any other patients in there when I have gone, a total of 5 times between appointments and going to pick up or drop off paperwork. The entire waiting area is also very cold, much like an airport waiting area. Doesn't help with nerves!
Never had a problem here. Always helpful and kind. The review below is obviously unfamiliar with hippa rules and I find unfair to give a poor review based on law required signage. I've personally always felt welcome.
