Staffing in these types of businesses can be challenging, however, when wait times are high they have ALWAYS compensated in one way or another. One of the cleanest kitchens I have seen. Extremely friendly staff! Love the online reward program!! Who doesn't love free food?!!

I called and asked if they delivered to Lee area and one person told me yes. I got off the phone to think of order and within 5 mins I called back and someone else told me they do not deliver to Lee area... Very upset with this customer service and lack of communication from the team
I placed an order....charge came off my card.... 2 hours later no food... Called the store they said it was under pick up( which I've never in my life placed an order for pickup up) so now they have to remake it....charge came off my card again....I call back they said it was processing so it should go back on.... Charge came off my card a 3rd time... I call back quite pissed off at this point.... And still told it's processing??? Extremely unhappy with Papa John's which I usually love
Generally receive great delivery service - however there have been times when they have made mistakes - like not cutting the pizza as requested. Little things I can live with. Tonight, they not only screwed up our delivery, but someone else's by delivering orders to the incorrect addresses. To fix it they have to make a new order - which is the correct way to fix it - but they should make it a priority! We have waited longer for the correction then we did for the order. Way to ruin what was supposed to be a relaxing evening!
