Nice but food is not as good as the On a Roll in Pittsfield. Waitress was pleasant, place is big and open. There are MANY flies there! Asked to sub sweet potato hash for regular home fries and got charged $3.95...the full price of the hash!! When I said they didn't charge that at the other On a Roll, the waitress just shrugged. Sad to say, won't be going back there!
If you're a person that needs to be slowed down, have I got a place for you!!! We ordered, got coffee and then waaaaaaaaaaaaited. Other folks came in, sat next to us, ordered, got their food. We waited. No one came by with coffee. They did, probably noting the sour look on my face, let us know that food would be coming "real soon now"! It wasn't. In a final attempt to slow down my life, they made us wait for the check. This kind of poor service just ruins the meal for me. But maybe you enjoy waiting around in a breakfast place! Someone obviously likes this place. I just don't get it.
Closes at 1pm on Sunday with only a breakfast menu, does not offer gluten free choices
Stopped in for breakfast during the first snow of the season. Staff made me feel welcome. Quick service, proficient staff, fresh coffee, good breakfast with eggs exactly the way I ordered them and home fries done the right way.
Think slow
My kids and I have breakfast at on a roll every Wed. We love it. you must try.
