Tried to book an event. It’s very difficult to get in touch with anyone in charge. They don’t follow up with you. And if you’re not using their food service they won’t allow you to rent their meeting space.
Great hotel. Clearly it's well taken care of. Came the same day as their welcome opening party and the owners invited me and my friends in. Nice views. Good staff and good price. Clean good smelling room. All I can ask for.
The best hotel we've stayed at in Lenox for many years. Has everything that you've come to expect from Marriott: clean, well-appointed rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. Looking forward to future stays.
Our organization, Sisters on the Fly, stayed at the Courtyard this past weekend. The hotel rooms and lobby areas are warm and inviting, and the room was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom an amazing zen experience! The staff were so very nice and welcoming. The wait staff who took care of our dinner in the meeting room did an excellent job. Just an all-round fantastic experience.. I would tell anyone headed to the Berkshires to stay at this hotel.
